Rakitna is a hill 30km south of Ljubljana with great hiking paths and super nice fresh air. During the winter it is especially beautiful.

Velika planina is a beautiful gem at Kamniško-Savinjski Alps in Slovenia with beautiful wooden houses at the top. We had a super sunny day and it was absolutely beautiful.
Molnik near Ljubljana
During COVID-19 quarantine it was one of the most beautiful hills we could visit that is in our Ljubljana municipality. During the Autumn it is really beautiful.

Cycling in Dolomites
We were able to move freely during Summer 2020 (with a car) and we finally bought bikes and a bike trailer for the car and we just went to the Dolomites in Italy. Cortina d’Ampezzo is our favorite mountain city and we went there first. It was amazing!

Born’s path
In Slovenian Alps, near the Austrian border there is a path named Born’s path and it has a beautiful scenery.
Martuljški waterfalls
Near Kranjska Gora, from village Gozd Martuljek, there is a 2,5h path to Martuljški waterfalls. Perfect hiking route in Summer because you are almost whole path in the forest.
Lago di Fusine
Belopeška lakes or Lago di Fusine are magnificent water reservoirs in Alps at the border between Italy and Slovenia, very close to Kranjska Gora. There is an old railroad which is transformed to cycling road and it is super scenery daily bike tour for pure enjoyment.
Zelenci and Slemenova špica
The source of the river Sava Dolinka and trekking to the Slemenova špica peak near Kranjska Gora in Slovenia.

Picturesque Slovenian mountain village in Triglav’s national park. Perfect for trekking and cycling.
